How To Use Insights For You
Start with a download
Download the Insights For You App for free from Google Play or App Store and login to take your first step towards feedback.
Pick Your Survey
Pick the right survey for you! Insights For You offers you the possibility to choose from a variety of surveys that can help you grow. Start by taking our free survey and then try some new ones.
Choose Your Raters
Rate yourself first, then select your raters and send them invitations to give you feedback. You can also manage your raters and send them a reminder if they forget to answer.
Choose the people you would like to get feedback from and select a category for each of them (e.g. manager, colleague, subordinate). You can import contacts from your address book or directly add their emails.
After you receive feedback from all your raters you will be able to visualise your result and read the scores in detail for each of the statements. Find out where you can develop and how other people perceive you at work. Get insights about your strengths and your possible areas of improvement.
